The company is growing and evolving incredibly quickly so it's nearly impossible to get bored here. Everyone is super kind and wants to help out the people around them as much as they can. The focus on people, culture, and diversity is unparalleled, and it creates an amazing place to come into work every day.

Cons

Since the company is growing so quickly it can be hard to keep up with changes, new job functions, and which team is responsible for what. Things change quickly and aren't always well communicated, so there's a lot of reacting to major changes at the last second.

Form has a super motivated, mission-oriented team that is both fun to work with and inspiring. The company culture is great. We are backed by an incredibly experienced and caring team of cofounders. I feel my work is valued and my opinions are heard and there's always an opportunity for me to work on projects I'm interested in.

Cons

We are a quick paced, hard working startup, learning a lot as we go, which can be stressful. We also have a relatively young management team.

Form is tackling the hardest and most challenging problem in climate change - how to get to 100% carbon free energy as fast as possible. We have an outstanding team of truly knowledgeable experts who are best in their field; and folks are incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to make their team successful.

I honestly can't find anything negative to say - really!
