Business Outlook
Pros
The intellectual horsepower of the team overall is impressive, and moreso given how low ego the culture is. Genuinely nice people. The technical goal of developing energy storage cheap enough to replace gas/goal is a laudable one and the company has very real progress against that, with a solid chance to actually pull it off.
Cons
Growing quickly, so can feel a bit chaotic at times, but management seems committed to getting things right. While gender balance is pretty good, especially for the industry, Form could do better on other axes of diversity.
