Pros

When people ask why I choose to stay at Form after many years, the answer is simple: I am always learning. I am growing my career with thoughtful, smart and creative colleagues. I'm not done yet with what Form can teach me, I can impart on the culture and outcomes here, and the impact my role and my team can make on the company's success. I feel confident anyone can find the same opportunities here!

Cons

The future may not always be clear for company's at this phase of Scale Up, but the leadership at Form has made strides over the last couple of years to make it clear, aggressive, and, fingers crossed!, achievable.

Pros

I’ve had more ownership here than anywhere else. The problems are real, the work matters, and you can see the impact quickly. Teams are sharp and practical, and cross-functional work is the default, not a buzzword. Leadership is accessible, and if you bring a plan you’ll usually get support to run with it. It’s a good place for engineers who want to build, not just talk.

Cons

The pace is intense at times and the company is still scaling, so priorities can move and some processes are still getting tightened up. You need to be comfortable operating with ambiguity and staying organized when things change fast.
