Opportunity to do something that has never been done - make bulk energy storage for the grid a reality Many excellent colleagues in this office Very challenging and interesting engineering problems to work on

Cons

This is the stage of the company where we have to make it work and it's hard! I'm here for it but not everyone seems to be.
