Pros

Form Energy is at its core a mission driven company focused on "energy storage for a better world". This manifests in numerous ways, most tangibly by the people the company attracts and retains. I'm motivated to work at Form to make an impact on climate change. I'm excited to go to work every day because of the great people I work with. The vast majority of people are kind and collaborative, seeking to do what is needed to help Form succeed. I also like that we are tackling very hard technical problems and working in teams with excellent people leads to accelerated progress.

Cons

Fast paced startup, flexibility is required. This can lead some folks to find Form Energy is not the right fit for them.

Flexibility, idea sharing, co-workers becoming friends, exciting learning opportunities - I learn something new every week and there are so many intelligent individuals that are willing to teach and mentor those that are willing to work hard and make the effort to better themselves!

Cons

Lack of upward mobility, new Tesla management (losing the "Humanity") - Tesla management is always asking questions and being overly harsh, but never have any answers of their own, they just steal others ideas and solutions. I understand our hard push to get production truly going, but some days it feels like we are slowly losing our main core value.
