Pros

I've enjoyed working at Form for about two years. The product is interesting, the work is exciting and challenging, and the company has an ambitious plan with enough money to accomplish their goals.

Cons

The tides are changing as Form becomes a household name. Lots of new management hires are implementing a stricter work regimen that values overworking employees more than keeping them happy. The values that they hold as paramount are now being sidestepped to save money and expedite to get the product to market faster. It went from pretty good work life balance to consistent 50+ hour weeks with no end in sight. The pay is below average. The facilities need a lot of work and feel outdated.

Pros

Interesting work. Good company mission.

Cons

- This company likes to talk about inclusivity, equality and humanity, but don’t be fooled. They openly discriminate. - Executives and management openly play politics. If you get caught in their politics, they bully you, gaslight and abuse you. - Dishonest and poor communication. - Autocratic management demands subservience and submission. - Management lacks leadership and communication skills. Management is inexperienced and untrained, and lacks maturity.

Pros

Form is a very collaborative and supportive place to work. People here are focused on tackling climate change and are very engaged and fun to work with. We’re growing fast, so there are lots of opportunities for career development. Management is supportive of professional growth, and the fundamental product is very promising.

Cons

It’s a startup and it’s moving fast. Form has been very careful to avoid many of the worst parts of a fast-paced venture culture, but the business rhythm is by necessity very fast.
