An extremely exciting place to work - there is a ton of optimism around the mission. And rightfully so, given the favorable headwinds in energy and climate policy and markets, and the rapid growth of the company over the past couple of years

Cons

There is a lot of work to do, so work/life balance can be on the demanding side. But never overwhelming, especially for those dedicated to the company's mission, and the team is hiring quickly for more support
