-Those applying should be aware that the company is growing really fast, and has an extremely small, overburdened recruiting staff (though they are recruiting another recruiter!)
- Lots of ambiguity and uncertainty around everything, and some communication challenges associated with being a growing startup. You need to be very comfortable not knowing to enjoy it here. This includes unclear expectations for hours-- you're supposed to just "get your work done", and nobody will tell you you're not working enough if you are, but most people here work a TON of hours.
-This is a pro for some people, but because of the startup atmosphere, you really need to be a self-starter, take initiative, take things into your own hands, and speak up for yourself.
- The "high standards" and impressive team lead inevitably to large amounts of imposter syndrome.
-Though it's better than many similar tech companies on this metric, the team is not super diverse, especially at higher levels, though it is improving!
