- The distributed nature of the company can impact the culture of togetherness, however a lot of work is done to encourage cross site/function communication

I feel confident anyone can find the same opportunities here!

The future may not always be clear for company's at this phase of Scale Up, but the leadership at Form has made strides over the last couple of years to make it clear, aggressive, and, fingers crossed!, achievable.
