Absolutely abysmal choice in leadership teams. They’ve let go of a ton of people in the past year trying to get to the root issue, but there’s a culture problem that stems from the top that they completely ignore. Also a lot of people who are snakes looking to get promoted among the ranks that tell management what they want to hear. They’ve fired a ton of people so everyone is always scared for their job and pointing fingers instead of coming together to solve a problem. It’s a not a culture of high performance but rather a culture of being loud about making sure you’re not viewed as the problem. It’s dangerous for their future.
