The culture is pathetic with a lot of sexism and double standards. The production team is rowdy, they have absolutely no respect for senior engineers and act like the engineers work for them. Very toxic politics with management not doing anything about it. The hours are also brutal, management has no systematic data based decision making approach which leads to more wasteful work. Overall, I wouldn't recommend working here.

No work life balance, they do not care if you work extra. They only care about end result. Too many managers. Different groups work in silos. It’s like pulling teeth to get things done.
