      Pros

      -family type work environment Everyone is super close, culture is very nice

      Cons

      -constant rushed deadlines force an uneasy and rushed state of mind upon all employees -engineers are basically worthless when it comes to solving existing problems, they seem to just add more. -some supervisors/higher ups seem to have never worked on the floor which in turn leads to them not fully grasping how difficult the job actually is or how bad some areas are.
