Pros

Employees are really friendly. Not so bad salary Fun activities Flexibitliy

Cons

Every company has fired employees at some time. I don't think it is such a bad thing as long as there is proper reason. But last few terminations were to please a particular control freak in the company. a complete AML thing. Some one of that position and power could have addressed the employees more friendly and respectfully. Why would employees go and write bad reviews about their own company if they are treated well? Bad reviews on their current company may actually affect their career too. So, I guess those reviews were from helpless people not unhappy. Because most the ex-employees they had fired got decent jobs and moved on. They don't care about FormFire any more. They are doing far better than writing bad reviews.

Pros

Friendly coworkers In Cleveland downtown Remote working option

Cons

Company is going through a bad phase. Lot of employees left the company because of the bad management. Unsurprisingly the behavior of CTO caused something of backlash from the employees directly report to him. Abuse of power, favoritism, letting personal relationships influence business decisions, blaming etc are very common practices. Salary raises, bonuses, medical benefits etc are below average. I have managers/vps/C-executives blaming others for their mistakes, boasting about being the most knowledgeable person in the company, snapping at team members etc. Despite being software company the technological advancement is of low priority. Company needs a better technology lead. There is an offshore team which is supposed to deliver a very simple admin portal few months ago. I don't see that happening in near future. Such a waste of money.
