Pros
- Unlimited Vacation: no set vacation days, managers are very understanding and let you take off when you need too - Casual Workplace: Jean/Sneakers, everyone is very friendly, don't need to be on your toes around management. - Managers care about the employees on a personal level - Average to above average pay - Ample opportunities to learn and expand knowledge throughout company
Cons
- Downtown: Commuting is awful - Disagreements between managers does not benefit employees - Sometimes need to work weekends/nights
