I had the best manager, I learned a TON. My coworkers were wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful especially when I first started.

Cons

Upper management especially the CEO is a complete joke. I don't care what kind of experience he may have, he is nervous when he speaks and says ALL the wrong things. I had no respect for him during my time there. He is shady, we never knew what was really going on with the company. He has terrible interpersonal skills talking to him was like pulling teeth, I felt more confidence speaking to him. It was like he was nervous speaking to me. That to me is NOT a leader. I never felt an ounce of motivation from my higher ups, town halls were a waste of time. There was a big shift in management change during my time there which is normal for companies but the wrong person was let go.
