      I have no pros .

      Cons

      For the forman mills I work at, they would talk about you if u don't work that day or if I leave the room to bring out a rowbar or whatever it's called, they talk about you till I get back in the room. One of the managers seem like they have something against me cause she aint talking to me what so ever and some employees wanna look at me like I did something wrong with them. I'm actually a current worker but leaving soon. (Finally)

      Pros

      Pay is good, but only b/c it's impossible to get people to work here without it. Merchandising, allocation and planning teams are great, from assistants to managers. Most store/regional managers are dedicated and vocal advocates for their employees and customers.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized.. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing and communication is extremely poor. Executive level is not staffed based on quality of experience, but on whether or not they are friends with/will stroke the fragile ego of the CEO. CEO is unwilling to accept his shortcomings as a leader and continues to make mistakes that cost the company large sums of money and put the company's future at stake. Perceived reputation by suppliers, store level management teams and market competition is horrible. Our shady business practices of paying bills late and lying to the people we owe money to make every person at the company look horrible. Benefits are expensive you get very little for what you pay. The office is so disgusting that it should be condemned. There are holes in the roof and ceilings are constantly leaking or collapsing.
