The main pro of working at Forman Mills is customer service. I met alot of people who made my experience worth it.

Cons

The downside of working at Forman Mills was the management. Management had me outside working in 100 degree weather.

There is no pros working here.

Cons

Managers don’t know what they’re doing, they inconvenience you, they change your schedule so you’d have to cancel your plans to come into work. The building is not and they don’t care to fix the ac. The managers are petty and all the workers are trash. Wish I could rate this job 0/5. The job is minimum wage!!
