If you are starting fresh from college, this company can be great learning experience. You will at least learn how to be a great clerical assistant.

Cons

There is no morale within the company. Advancement is difficult, hire more from without than promoting from within. The supervisors and upper management are not encouraging nor do they help you learn the business. You are moreso buyer assistants than assistant buyers with little to no actual responsibility.

The turn-over for managers is beyond extremely high! People are easily fired, with reasons not given. The owner controls everything!, so the owner/upper management feel as though they can pretty much do anything. You definitely are not appreciated.
