Pros

If you are starting fresh from college, this company can be great learning experience. You will at least learn how to be a great clerical assistant.

Cons

There is no morale within the company. Advancement is difficult, hire more from without than promoting from within. The supervisors and upper management are not encouraging nor do they help you learn the business. You are moreso buyer assistants than assistant buyers with little to no actual responsibility.

A lot of hrs available during holidays and weekends, walmart is next door if you need a better part time

Cons

Unorganized management, gossiping, immature co workers, low pay, short staff, lazy loss prevention, schedules are late and get changed last minute.
