      Overtime offered and the flexibility of your schedule if you are a student or have another job.

      Cons

      Salary, breaks, career advancement. Training is slim to none, learned through a lot of trial and error.

      Don't wanna work there.

      Pros

      Most of the staff are great to work with. Good for students if this is your first job.

      Cons

      Not enough of training for the associates. Long hours if your on the closing shift. Customer can be nasty, always wanting more of a discount. Was ready to quit 3 months after I started. Hours never the same from week to week.
