The people in the stores are great

Cons

The owner needs to step aside a let someone who knows what they are doing. Run the company. Everyone in home office are rude. The pay sucks. They sale the same thing year. The men clothes never change.

Growth opportunities if you are an attractive, young, white female; that lacks any common sense or knowledge.

Cons

Fraternizing in the work place is accepted. Employees are worked like dogs!!!! Horrible pay. Store conditions are much like an abondoned crack house with everything from roaches, rats and the occasional heroin addict roaming the store.
