Pros
You will definitely get hired. They hire ANYBODY. If you must have some job, this could be for you.
Cons
The 10% discount doesn't help much; they want you to do ALOT. You get fired for anything. They drug test you after hiring you. Even if you cant find the place where the testing is done, they fire you. Working as a cashier, you have to ring people up and clean tables in the front of the store where thousands of items are and that customers throw everywhere. As a floor associate, you have to put back all the clothes people try on and do not want, you have to pick all the clothes up off the floor (they fall a lot because the racks are too close for people to walk through), you have to find prices of all the items cashiers cant ring up because a tag is missing, and you have to stock new items in your department As a fitting room checker, you have to stand in the fitting room your entire shift. You have to answer the phone, keep the fitting rooms clean, clean the ladies hosiery area (which is horrible), and stock new items. You also cannot take a break if the store is busy (which is all the time due to the prices). The store is filthy. There is dust every where, huge buds and holes in the walls. There are no known opportunities for raises and/or promotions. Hours change weekly. Schedules are released on Saturday for the next 7 days (i.e. On Saturday 6/17 you find out your schedule for 6/18-6/24). Thus you could work on a Sunday and not know until Saturday, No chances to plan your week ahead of time.
