      Pros

      Easy to make friends. Work in BMW manufacturing. Easy to get hired with FD.

      Cons

      Rarely have the tools and/or training needed to do certain jobs. Communication between management is severely lacking. HR does nothing to weed out the bad/lazy employees, so the rest pay the price when the contract doesn't get renewed!

      Great working with fortune 500 companies and managing large projects.

      Cons

      Pay was not fair to workload. Terrible hours. No Support from Greenville office- figure it out culture.
