-The people and the environment around it are very kind, respectful and help guide us around the plant. -Supervisors and other staffs help employees in all kinds of activities or projects.

Cons

-The employees' schedules are not well organized. -They do not know where to locate the staff. -The effort and good work of some employees is not recognized.
