      Flexible hours, casual work atmosphere, good benefits plan, office is conveniently located to many places in Greenville.

      Cons

      High turnover rate in management and communication between employees and management is lacking, and limited career advancement.

      -Big company -Good for less educated people or people without degrees

      Cons

      - Very low range of salary - Mostly foreigners are hired with an aim to pay them less salary - No other additional benefits or events - No growth and expansion of employee's capabilities - Employees are not valued. They would easily let the 5-10 years old employee leave if he demands a salary according to his market worth. - Worst place for highly educated people to grow their skills and financials with time
