Excellent engineers and benefits, but an elevated turnover rate

Pros

- All of the engineering staff is top notch, and make coming to work enjoyable - Work is pleasantly challenging - Excellent time off policy (unlimited PTO is ACTUALLY unlimited) and understanding of sick days - Insurance offerings (healthcare, dental, vision, legal, FSA, etc) are very comprehensive - Pay has gotten more competitive over time and likely to continue to improve

Cons

- Senior management is regarded as a very chaotic influence and can cause stress for team leads and engineers. This is often cited in exit interviews as the reason for our high turnaround rate - Program timelines are sometimes rushed, even more so with the new restructuring. Often prototypes will be in and out the door before engineers even have a chance to evaluate the hardware - A decent chunk of compensation is stock options - Diversity could use some work
