Pros

The work is interesting and I have a great deal of autonomy. I work with great clients and I get external-facing opportunities that I would not get at other companies.

Cons

Culture is bad. Combination of poor management and aggrieved employees creates a toxic combination. Almost feels like management and employee base are rooting against each other.

Pros

Some great managers, encouraged to innovate, great people and culture in the London office.

Cons

Changed approach to employees once market became employer led, lots of withdrawing of flexibility. Employee Experience (HR) has some old school long-standing people who seem to go against the ethos of the leader of HR and like to micromanage, wield power and foster a blame culture at times - new leader of EX seems really reasonable and keen to make changes. Salaries and benefits need to be improved and benefits be more global e.g. unlimited holiday outside of the US where it's compliant.
