Fewer and fewer with each round of layoffs.

Cons

I feel really bad for my former colleagues who are still there. It must be so disheartening to wonder if you are next or how are you going to get your work done with probably 20% less workers than 2 years ago.

The company performance has been poor for over 2 years, carrying with it a lot of job losses and frustration, for those who remain, regarding job stability. This appears to be the result of consistent poor choises from the executive team and stubberness on the line of product to sell. As a consequence, merits, promotions, bonuses have all been highly volatile and decisions unreliable through the course of 3+ years.
