Pros

The people are smart and supportive. Great feedback culture and and incredible opportunities for advancement. Trying new jobs within the company is supported and encouraged. Best new hire experience I've ever had. Visible executive team, open and honest culture.

Cons

Pay can be rather low if you're not in sales or research.

Pros

Forrester has a great reputation and consequently, looks good on a resume. Employees are exposed to a wide variety of industries and best practices.

Cons

Departmental goals misaligned, leading to internal conflicts. Low pay. Hiring process ineffective and needlessly convoluted. Claims of strategic progress by senior management don't match the evidence.

Pros

Good place to build a reputation and learn. People are smart. Good place to practice learning to give speeches and talk your game.

Cons

While people are smart, workload is so high, no time to talk to each other much less collaborate. You'll spend most of your day on the phone. Then have to spend your evenings and weekends doing the client work. Take the vacation because you'll need it to keep going.
