Pros

Old leadership team was good. There used to be a strong focus on tech and technology. Product and software was important. We were customer-centric.

Cons

When Advarra bought the company, it changed everything. They're clearly not a tech company and shared no tech company values. Forte is the tech arm of the new company and they've switched tech leadership a bunch of times. It doesn't seem to improve.
