Pros

Management actually cares about the employees. Forte honors their core values - especially collaboration, pursuit of excellence, and celebration. Smart and enjoyable coworkers. Pleasant work environment.

Cons

Just the normal bumps of a rapidly growing company. Training could be improved. Processes are in flux. Compared to other tech companies, especially in the Madison area, Forte has nothing worth complaining about.

As a small and growing company, it provides great benefits and broad opportunities to its employees.

Though core values remain consistent, policies and procedures fluctuate frequently as the company grows and develops new focuses.
