Honestly, this company is such a great place to work. The benefits and PTO are amazing, and I love the VTO and Stakeholders bonus program. Management genuinely encourages people to use their time off and maintain a healthy work-life balance instead of making employees feel guilty for taking a break. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that understands people have lives and responsibilities outside of work and really "walk the talk."
There are also lots of opportunities to grow and level up in your career, and the overall vibe is super positive. The culture is fun, supportive, and not toxic like a lot of workplaces out there. Leadership genuinely wants people to succeed and always makes employees feel valued. And the CEO is super caring and involved, which you don’t see often. It really feels like a company that invests in its people and wants everyone to win.
Cons
Everyone can improve but there really are no cons.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really happy to hear you’ve had such a positive experience with our benefits, work-life balance, growth opportunities, and overall culture.
We work hard to create a positive workplace where people feel supported, valued, and able to grow both personally and professionally — so hearing this honestly means a lot.
We appreciate you being part of the team and helping make the culture what it is.
I truly believe the advantages of working here are endless. Our benefits package is both comprehensive and affordable, and we offer competitive salaries. Work-life balance is a clear priority for our leadership team, and team member feedback is not only welcomed—it’s regularly sought out. Growth and development are strongly supported, with numerous internal promotions just in the past year. We’re always looking for new ways to celebrate our team and our members while continuing to simplify processes, move faster, and improve together.
Cons
Like any organization, we experience both highs and lows. As we continue to grow, we also face natural growing pains and challenges along the way. Communication is one area we’re continuously working to strengthen as we navigate these changes together.

Thanks again for your insights and for being a valued part of our team!
I was impressed with their commitment to the community. After a few weeks here, however, I realized that they had fooled me.
Cons
The work hours were long, stressful, and exhausting. The workload was usually insane, so most employees had to work a lot harder than expected. The pay was lower than expected. It was poor compared to the work we did. The management never bothered to increase it because they were awful people.
