      Job is easy, but they are unwilling to do scheduling accommodations and negotiate pay.

At Fortera, we do our best to strike a work/life balance with our employees but we also have to think about serving our members and taking care of their needs as they are the reason we are here. Fortera is believer in transparency and continuous feedback and our Training Department uses what we learn to update and adjust our onboarding and training programs to meet the changing needs of our team members. We realize we may still have some tweaking to do, but we are committed to making this the best training experience and work environment that we can for our team members.
