-engineering team partners well together to execute -benefits are really good and not super expensive, lots of options -some of the nicest and smartest people I have worked with ever -a CEO who cares and is very hands on

Cons

-still has growing pains -working to build out a lot of things across the company -communications can be a challenge but is improving
