Pros

The people at Robotic Research are some of the best people I've ever worked with. Also the management really tries hard to take care of the employees. I've worked at several companies large and small, and Robotic Research is by far the best of them all.

Cons

There aren't many cons, and the few that exist really aren't that bad. However, it is a small company that is growing very fast, and with that comes a certain amount of chaos that can get difficult to manage at times.
