Pros

Free snacks and soda. Bi-weeky cookouts. Good benefits.

Cons

Not aware of or deliberately non-compliant with engineering best practices. Lackadaisical leadership. Unrealistic timelines. High turnover due to wild oscillation between mass layoffs and mass hiring. Questionable safety culture - lots of reminders not to run people over with the robots as if that happens regularly and lots of running vehicles indoors without ventilation. Operators receive little or no training. Poor financial shape (they're on their last chance with their investor and are cashflow negative). Unenforceable 18 month noncompete required at hiring. Also a location that's in the absolute middle of nowhere with most people commuting from 40-60 minutes away.

Series A startup so there are less concrete processes if your searching for very definitive structure you may not find it.
