Pros

Great benefits such as PTO , 401 K and profit sharing bonuses. That's really about it.

Cons

Local branch management is very inept at job, and lacks basic leadership skills to run a successful branch. During my tenure there, they lost great employees because branch manager how no idea how to treat or lead their employees. Very hand-offs style and minimal daily effort from branch manager led to low morale among current employees because there was no structure and much confusion on what everyone's role was.

Pros

Has the small company vibes, but backing of a large company. Opportunity to grow if you ask for it. Everyone is very nice and will go out of their way to help you learn. You will never work a Saturday or Sunday, if you do it’s only once a year for inventory.

Cons

Benefits are lacking. No 401K matching for hourly employees 15 days of PTO for the first five years

Pros

Wearing jeans and the location.

Cons

This is not a thriving workplace. I don't know where to start with the cons, but I will try to narrow them down to a few. This place lacks growth, Their is no direction for a clear career path for an individual who would like to grow in the company. If you are not someone that is in the circle...forget about it. This place also lack cultural diversity in the workplace. The comments and remarks that were said and shared were surprising to hear it. It was disappointing. Horrible pay and health insurance. Health insurance was too expensive to not to cover much. The pay and health insurance is not competitive for an experienced worker. Management was so detached from their employers. The manager relied on other employers for decision making,,,,,time off request, for lateral positions and other discussions that co-workers shouldn't be privy to but the manager relied on because they didn't have control or detached from their own department. This place was also unorganized. HR was never together. They don't have anything in place for new hires to ensure all the paperwork that's needed is there. They don't have a designated person to make sure that new hires have everything that they need or to feel welcome.
