It is a great company to work for and they care greatly about the well being of their people. Great owners

There is an investment group that controls most of the policies that are implemented. If people are hard workers they are treated well.

A company that pays you holiday pay and sick time.Everybody at my branch office was okay to get along with.

Cons

Watch your back that's what I stress 100% and watch what you say grown men take everything personal.If you don't drink the kool aid watch your back and no matter what a customer says he is always right lord knows the customer care's more about the company then the employee.

PTO, office culture is decent

Cons

pay is not competitive, not defined career paths, management within corporate office is poor and they do not care about those in the departments just how work is being produced, communication within departments is poor and many feel as though they are beneath executives and managers.
