Pros
Generous vacation/personal time. Above-average starting salaries. Wonderful work-life balance: lots of travel for sales/management positions however. Rapid growth and a solid outlook for the future.
Your experience here is what you make of it. If you're willing to work hard and simply do your job, you will do well. If you go the extra mile, you will be rewarded through promotions, salary increases, etc. If you don't do your job, you won't last. It's pretty simple.
I have to imagine that the negative reviews are from people who simply didn't do their jobs or didn't do them well. There is a wonderful culture here, if you're willing to work. It truly is a family atmosphere - that's not just lip service - especially at the Support Center. Everyone works well together and enjoys working with each other.
Cons
Some Support Center departments and some branches are more challenging to work in than others, but you'll have that situation anywhere really.
