Satisfied with Fortinet's work-life balance. At Fortinet, there is a balance between existing and new technologies also. I believe it comes from the official release once a year.

Cons

Still need to use SVN in some places.

Good policies, nice work environment & good management

Cons

Became a part of Fortinet due to acquisition from Meru Networks. The problem was with Meru Networks codebase and architecture. It just didnt scale and had too many problems. Lack of sales led to layoffs
