Pros

Relaxed Culture Core Firewall Product is Solid

Cons

Company doesn't care to be market leader CEOs aren't the personality type, nor invest enough to win the US market Generally seen as a legacy B-Tier company. Only reason people buy Fortinet is they can't afford the Palo Alto Networks

Pros

Fortinet has a great portfolio of solutions and I enjoyed representing them to customers and prospects. When I was there the comp plan was pretty good but difficult to understand the commission plan. Great RSU’s but I hear they do not offer as much now

Cons

The biggest challenge is a lot of times the PAN and Cisco loyalists (and there are alot of them) would not give Fortinet a shot, Zscaler is a major threat as well

1) Had a very good experience with the joining formalities. HR team is very patient and understandable. They provided everything which I need on my first day 2) Very good Work Life Balance 3) Good Compensation 4) Opportunity for Career Growth 5) Talented people around 6) Very good structured pay to avoid paying more taxes. 7) Lunch and Breakfast provided by the company with nominal price

Cons

Don't have as such as of now. Need to focus on the Cloud products which they already started doing it.
