      There is no political issue. And no need to conference calls with other region. No need to join unnecessary meetings. So I can focus my tasks only.

      Pros

      Great company with very competitive products. Good pay packages and room for growth. Smart people in a growing industry.

      Cons

      Siloed departments with poor communication between functions. The Sunnyvale office is old and feels like a giant warehouse in a region surrounded by sophisticated tech giant campuses. Should improve once the new building is constructed.

      1) Innovative products and services 2) Everyone helps each other 3) Dogs are allowed 4) Charging stations for your electric car 5) Great benefits from healthcare to 401K 6) New HQ is being built

      Cons

      1) No cafeteria and no restaurants within walking distance from the office. (Taco Bell doesn't count) 2) For a short time, parking will be limited as they build the new HQ
