      Lots of great people, nice office space, opportunity to learn in a fast paced environment

      Cons

      Any messaging from the top of the sales org is shared straight down to you with no filter in an oppressive fashion. Leaders often are forced to sacrifice their voice to appease whatever message the company is pushing onto its people that quarter.

      Being listed on the NYSE makes it very clear to everyone that we must provide accurate information on business developments. In short, Fortinet already offers comprehensive security solutions for service providers, protecting their networks and systems against advanced threats and ensuring the reliability and performance of their services. And we're making progress!

      Cons

      When listing on the stock exchange, the work must be detailed and very precise, something difficult for our Latin American Service Providers to achieve. But we're already achieving it.

      Fortinet is my home away from home... Amazing people to work with and we live our Fortinet Values and culture everyday! It's great to work on a place where you feel appreciated and heard, that's what happens here.. Couldn't ask for a better place to work!

      Cons

      probably third party support areas, but it can get better, we should be working on it and work together our support areas to make even greater results as a team.
