      Quit without another job it got so bad.

      Pros

      Pay was good. Used to be a great culture - there are pockets of that around but they are quickly going away. No protection from abusive other employees. No protection from management retaliation.

      Cons

      Culture is gone. Used to be good. Office Space in action. They dont enforce/require following policy (for tears) policy until one day, they suddenly do. And then they tell you by denying you expense report. A lot of absentee managers.

      The salary is good No one cares what you do as long as you hit your numbers

      Cons

      Permanently looking for more ways to adjust your comp plan for you to make less money Allot of diversity hires who literally do nothing but PR in very high positions in the Austrian market None of the departments communicate with eachother You have more problems with employees of different departments and conflicts within the company than anything else
