      -respected branding - good support from multiple departments - hybrid WFH

      Cons

      - management is not transparent with their employees - management micromanages with illogical reasonings and instills uncertainty to the sales floor team -management provides no support to team members that ask for feedback to succeed in the team. Instead they deflect to provide standard help or provide a “mentor” but doesn’t help fixing the issue at hand

      I am working in Industry for almost 15 years but never seen harassment like this. Stay away from this else you will have a regret of life. Wish there could be -ve ratings

      Bad Leaders , HR only listen to the management and old employees, there is lot of work ethic and harassment free culture on paper and trainings but nothing in real world

      Companies hiring policy is a mess. HR cannot keep up with demand and most people are overworked. Fortinet looks for unicorns who don't exist.
