Sales leadership and sales process seems immature. There's been a couple of reorgs in upper management and territory reorgs.

Pros

The company has a great culture. Higher management and board members definitely have a common vision that the most valuable asset is the people. They promote innovation in almost every aspect and this keeps the company relevant and leading in the cybersecurity industry; this also helps to build an always-learning environment which is great for an engineering employee.

Cons

As usual in IT related jobs and mainly the cybersecurity industry , the work/life balance has room for improvement. There's a sense of 24x7 on-call duties, never ending activities among training for skills, certifications and products and BAU task that are quite handy for a regular SE in the industry. Although sometimes this is overwhelming, one might get use to it as there's always passionate people in the team that makes it easier.
