Very noisy office, which rather looks like a call center than TAC. Huge amount of time is spent on handling the phone calls. No benefits except recently announced multisport card. Enormous load that keeps increasing every day, management just keeps adding new tasks and responsibilities without any salary increase. The top management has no idea what's happening in TAC and they don't care, they will make decisions that negatively affect employee experience without any explanation. A TAC Engineer has the same amount of rights in the company as a soldier in a communist army.

-Base pay should be higher - especially for CA/NY reps.
