      Pros

      Excellent remuneration due to good sales performance across the company. Employees are treated well - no threat of furlough during Covid-19 for example. Some very knowledgeable staff and some excellent p[products in the portfolio. A little early to say perhaps, but in my 30-year career I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have worked with.

      Cons

      It's a large company with some of the inevitable inefficiencies and bureaucracy that comes with that. But if you're willing to put in the effort to find the right people to speak to and persevere you'll get what you need
