      Good opportunity to improve your technical skills and knowledge. Also, you get stocks which is a great stimulus. I would recommend to anyone this job position. Multicultural environment where you can meet different cultures and people.

      Cons

      Sometimes too stressed and overloaded with job, but overall is pretty good.

      Good product to which is easy to sell

      Cons

      Very limited communication with back-office. People live in their own world, ignoring people from the field. Normal is not to answer the email or to pick up the phone.

      Very disorganized. Extremely poor leadership. Culture is terrible, couldn't care less about their people. A lot of infighting and mistrust.
