Good work culture Decent management Good tech stack Great work life balance Decent monetary compensation

Cons

Few office perks, there's just the canteen food. No free cafe style coffee or snacks are available. Although, this is mostly a non issue for me.

A company with nice work culture and flexible timings, complete freedom to explore creativity, manager will help if any problem with understanding product.

Things are disfunctional, but pretty weird

Pros

Developers get lots of ownership over your features. Stock options and compensation have been very competitive so far. On the whole, people are friendly.

Cons

Corporate culture is bizarre to say the least. Lack of communication is pervasive between teams, individuals, and from management to employees.
